LncRNA LINC00662 Exerts an Oncogenic Effect on Osteosarcoma by the miR-16-5p/ITPR1 Axis

<div>LINC00662 knockdown inhibits the malignant phenotypes of OS cells. (a) The transfection efficiency of sh-LINC00662 in U2OS and SAOS‐2 cells was measured by RT-qPCR. (b-c) Cell viability and proliferation in U2OS and SAOS‐2 cells transfected with sh-LINC00662 were examined by MTT and colony formation assays. (d-e) Transwell invasion and migration assays were performed to assess cell invasion and migration in U2OS and SAOS‐2 cells transfected with sh-LINC00662.
