METTL14 rescued the effects of UCA1 on AML cell apoptosis and m6A methylation: (a, b) flow cytometry analysis was used to reveal the rescue effects of METTL14 on UCA1 on the apoptosis of HL60 and U973 cells and (c) dot blot analysis was conducted to show the rescue effects of METTL14 on UCA1 in m6A methylation. The data were presented by mean ± SD.  < 0.001 and  < 0.001.
