CAF-derived soluble factors promote the formation of Tks5-positive invadopodia formation in OSCC cells. H357 and SCC4 cells were incubated (24 h) in CM collected from NOFs, experimentally induced CAFs, or SFM. (a) The expression of Tks5 and MT-MMP1 protein in cancer cell lysates was analysed by western blotting.
