TRIM50 Inhibits Proliferation and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via Promoting <i>β</i>-Catenin Degradation

<div>XAV939 blocked TRIM50 knockdown-induced upregulation of the Wnt/<i>β</i>-catenin pathway-related protein expression. The expression of <i>β</i>-catenin, c-Myc, survivin, and Cyclin D1 proteins in transfected GC cells treated with or without 10 <i>µ</i>mol/l of XAV939 was detected by Western blot after 48 h of transfection.
