TRIM50 Inhibits Proliferation and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via Promoting <i>β</i>-Catenin Degradation

<div>TRIM50 overexpression inhibited GC cell proliferation and blocked the cell cycle. (a) After 48 h of transfection, cell proliferation in GC cells transfected with pLVX-Puro-TRIM50 or shTRIM50 was ascertained at 0, 24, 48, 72, and 96 h with CCK-8 assay. (b) Cell cycle progression in GC cells transfected with pLVX-Puro-TRIM50 or shTRIM50 detected by flow cytometry assay after 48 h of transfection.
