TRIM50 Inhibits Proliferation and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via Promoting <i>β</i>-Catenin Degradation

<div>TRIM50 affected the expression of the cell cycle-related proteins in GC cells. The expression of p21, p27, CDK4, and Cyclin D1 proteins in GC cells transfected with pLVX-Puro-TRIM50 (a) or shTRIM50 (b) was detected by Western blot after 48 h of transfection.
