TRIM50 Inhibits Proliferation and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via Promoting <i>β</i>-Catenin Degradation

<div>TRIM50 overexpression suppressed the migration and invasion of the GC cells. The migratory and invasive capacity of GC cells transfected with pLVX-Puro-TRIM50 or shTRIM50 was detected by scratch (a) and Transwell assay (b) after 48 h of transfection.
