LINC01087 Promotes the Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion of Thyroid Cancer Cells by Upregulating PPM1E

<div>has-miR-135a-5p inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of thyroid cancer by targeting PPM1E. (a) Use qPCR to detect the expression level of PPM1E in TPC-1 and K1 cells. (b) Using the CCK-8 method to evaluate the effects on the proliferation of TPC-1 and K1 cells under different conditions. (c) Transwell invasion experiment evaluates the influence of different conditions on the invasion ability of TPC-1 and K1 cells. (d) qRT-PCR detects the expression of N-cad in TPC-1 and K1 cells under different conditions.
