THC shows chemosensitivity to ab-PTX against BC through downregulating methylation of the SPARC gene. (a) SPARC expression increased significantly in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-453 cells after treated by the demethylating agent 5-Aza-Cdr; (b) 5-Aza-Cdr treatment demethylates the SPARC gene and increases the SPARC mRNA expression.
