<div>Overexpression of LDH reversed a portion of glycolysis in propofol-treated CRC cells. HCT-116 and LoVo cells were treated with propofol or/and LDH-overexpression plasmids. (a) An ATP assay kit was used to evaluate ATP levels in each group of cells. (b) A lactate assay kit was used to monitor changes in lactic acid levels. (c) Changes in glucose consumption were detected with a glucose assay kit. (d) The levels of HK2, PKM2, and LDHA proteins were detected by western blotting. (e) The levels of 8-OHdG were analyzed using an 8-OHdG assay kit.</div>
