IMP4 knockdown inhibited glycolysis in LUAD cells. ((a) and (b)) The transcriptome of A549 cells transfected sh-IMP4 was sequenced by Novogene. (c) The potential pathways which IMP4 could regulate in LUAD were analysed using GSEA. After treatment of A549 and H1299 cells with si-IMP4-1 and si-IMP4-2, glucose uptake (d), lactate production (e), and ATP generation (f) were evaluated; the expression of GLUT1, HK2, PFKP, PKM2, and LDHA was analysed by Western blotting (g). .
