Validation of expression levels of ADAMTS2, COL10A1, COL1A1, COL1A2, COL8A1, and BGN in GAC patients. To further validate the expression level in GAC patients, six genes were re-analyzed via immunohistochemistry (a), Western blot (b), and real-time PCR (c) analysis. Representative images of IHC staining were shown. Scale bar, 200 μm. Real-time PCR data were normalized to GAPDH expression. All six genes were highly expressed in GAC tissue compared to adjacent normal tissue.
