Effects of IRF2 and KPNA2 on cell proliferation, colony formation, and tumor growth of OS cells in vitro and in vivo. (a) Western blot and RT-qPCR analyses were performed to measure the relative mRNA and protein levels of IRF2 in four OS cell lines including U2OS, HOS, Saos2, and MG-63 control to the hFOB1.19 cells. (b) U2OS cells were cotransfected with shKPNA2 or shIRF2 plasmids, and the protein expression of KPNA2 and IRF2 was assessed using western blotting assay.
