Changes in purine metabolism may influence the cellular biological behavior of ICC-associated fibroblasts. (a) Cytokine secretion of supernatant was detected by ELISA: IL-6, IL-8, OPN, VEGF, and VCAM-1. (b) CCK-8 was used to detect cell proliferation. (c) Western blot was used to detect epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT) markers.  < 0.05. The measurement data are expressed as mean ± SD. Data among multiple groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s post hoc test.
