Knockdown of LMKT3 inhibits the cell sphere formation and invasion of triple-negative breast cancer cells: (a) the relative expression level of the 7 SRGs in SUM149 and BT549, (b) the rate of stem cell sphere formation decreased significantly in si-LMTK3 groups, and (c) transwell assay was performed to measure the invasion abilities in SUM149 and BT549 cells.
