Knockdown of GINS2 promoted apoptosis in OS cells: (a–c) Activation of caspase 3/7 was further increased in GINS2-shRNA-treated OS cells compared with the control group in Saos-2 (a), U2OS (b), and HOS (c) cells; (d–f) apoptosis was determined by FACS in three OS cell lines with GINS2 knockdown and control cells. The apoptotic rate was calculated as the percentage of annexin FITC positive; (g) the cell cycle of USO2-shGINS2 cells was monitored by FACS analysis.
