GINS2 Promotes Osteosarcoma Tumorigenesis via STAT3/MYC Axis

Co-IP and LC-MS identified the downstream interacting protein STAT3 and rescue experiments indicated that overexpressed STAT3 can restore the effect caused by knocking out GINS2. (a) The 3 × Flag-GINS2 interacting complex was purified using the anti-FLAG magnetic beads (red arrow: 3 × FLAG-GINS2).
