Effect of the FTO rs9939609 genotype on adiposity measures (WC, WHtR, and WHR) stratified by category of PA. values are for the interaction between the FTO variant and PA category; least-squares means of different genotypes across all PA groups were calculated using Robust Linear Regression analysis, with adjustment for age and sex. Allele frequency by PA category was low: 20/43/14; moderate: 28/34/13; high: 27/13/9 for TT, TA, and AA genotypes, respectively. WC: waist circumference, WHtR: waist to height ratio, and WHR; waist to hip ratio. Mean of each variable with genotype for high PA is different from the mean of each genotype for low PA at but not in WC AA genotype and WHR TA genotype.
