In Vitro Screening and Transfection Concentration Optimization of Cynomolgus Monkey I<i>κ</i>B<i>α</i>-siRNA

<div>Relative expression of I<i>κ</i>B<i>α</i> mRNA after transfection of different concentrations of I<i>κ</i>B<i>α</i>-siRNA ranged from 10 nM to 100 nM.
