Note: for OCT examinations to be considered regular in the initial loading phase during the first 3 months, subsequent OCT examinations had to occur within 21 and 60 days and the difference in any of the intervals could not be more than 30 days. For OCT examinations to be considered regular in the later maintenance phase, subsequent OCT examinations had to occur within 21 and 90 days and the difference in any of the intervals could not be more than 45 days.
