Bleb Morphology Using Anterior-Segment Optical Coherence Tomography after Ahmed Glaucoma Valve Surgery with Tenon Capsule Resection

<div>AS-OCT bleb imaging of a female patient in group I during the hypertensive phase at 3 months; IOP was 26 mmHg. AS-OCT revealed the presence of diffuse multicystic bleb cavity, diffuse hyporeflective conjunctiva with hydration, and intraconjunctival cysts. Maximal bleb wall thickness was 580 <i>μ</i>m, and bleb wall reflectivity was 103.</div>
