(a) PKP-PKP (293 eyes, 70.1%), ALK-PKP (25 eyes, 6.0%), and DSEK-DSEK (21 eyes, 5.0%) were the most common procedures in the 1st keratoplasty-2nd keratoplasty group. (b) PKP-PKP (81 eyes, 71.7%) and KLAL-PKP (7 cases, 6.2%) were the main surgical techniques in 2nd keratoplasty-3rd–7th keratoplasty.
