The Effect of A2E on the Uptake and Release of Calcium in the Lysosomes and Mitochondria of Human RPE Cells Exposed to Blue Light

<div>Mitochondrial membrane potential. The mitochondrial membrane potential in the indicated groups was analyzed by flow cytometry with JC-1-stained RPE cells. The decrease in the mitochondrial membrane potential was detected by the transition of JC-1 red fluorescence (FL-3) to JC-1 green fluorescence (FL-1).
