aIC50 values for pomegranate (Punica granatum) peel and diminazene aceturate were calculated on the fourth day based on the growth inhibitions determined using fluorescence-based assay in three separate experiments. Each drug concentration was made in triplicate in each experiment, and the final obtained IC50 represents the mean and standard deviation of three separate experiments.
