The KEGG pathway analysis revealed cytokine–cytokine receptor interactions, viral protein-cytokine with cytokine and cytokine receptor, tuberculosis, chemokine signaling pathway, pertussis, osteoblast differentiation, NF-κB signaling pathway, Chagas disease, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, and African trypanosomiasis.
