The sketch of the CPS for -skin. The sensor has six layers, namely, polyimide, copper, PVDF, copper, polyacrylic resin, and PET. The upper end uses polyimide material as the cover layer; the two pieces of copper used as the electrode, polyacrylic resin as the adhesive coating, and all the devices put on the PET base.
