Multiple hypopigmented and ill-defined to well-defined patches were seen on the back and thigh. (c) Poikilodermatous mycosis fungoides. The lesions are characterized by hypopigmentation and hyperpigmentation with atrophy and telangiectasia. (d) Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides. Diffuse perifollicular inflammatory papules coalescing into plaques.
