Effect of chronic oral administration of EOCG on hematological parameters in rats. The EOCG was given daily by oral route to groups of Wistar rats at the following doses: 0 (Control), 50 and 500 mg/kg for 28 days. Hematological parameters were measured at day 15 and after 28 days of treatment. (a) White blood cell (WBC) for female rats; (b) red blood cell (RBC) for female rats; (c) hemoglobin for female rats (d) white blood cell (WBC) for male rats; (e) red blood cell (RBC) for male rats; (f) hemoglobin for male rats.
