Comparison of <i>In Vitro</i> Endocrine Activity of Phthalates and Alternative Plasticizers

<div>Antiestrogenic activity of phthalates and substitutes in the E-Screen antagonist assay. MCF-7 cells were exposed for 120 h to different concentrations of DEHP, DINP (a), DEHT, DINCH, TOTM (b), POLYSORB® isosorbide, or POLYSORB® ID 46 (c) in presence of 1 pM E2. Solvent (SC) and ICI 182,780 (ICI) were used as controls.
