SP_J0 = injection of sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine before the start of incubation; SP_J12 = injection of sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine on day 12 of incubation; SP_J14 = injection of sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine on day 14 of incubation; SP_J16 = injection of sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine on day 16 of incubation; SP_J16-J18 = injection of sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine on day 16 and day 18 of incubation; SP_J18 = injection of sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine on day 18 of incubation.
