Human Bone Marrow versus Adipose-Derived Stem Cells: Influence of Donor Characteristics on Expandability and Implications for Osteogenic Ex Vivo BMP-2 Regional Gene Therapy

<div>Comparison of BMP-2 production between transduced BMSCs and ASCs when grouped by sex. For male patients, 31 BMSC and 52 ASC samples were analyzed. For female patients, 32 BMSC and 54 ASC samples were analyzed.
