Phylogenetic analysis of complete E gene of the Louga City outbreak isolates. The analysis was run using an alignment representing the described dengue virus serotype 1 and 2 genotypes, in addition to the Louga strains highlighted, respectively, in light blue (serotype 1) and light green (serotype 2). The maximum likelihood phylogeny applying the TIM2 + F + R8 model was generated using IQ-tree, and tree support was calculated after 1000 bootstrap replicates.
