Effect of Ketorolac on Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of 5-Fluorouracil: In Vivo and In Vitro Study

<div>Viability (%) of HT-29 human colorectal cancer cells after 48 hours of treatment with various concentrations of ketorolac (a), 5-FU (b), and combination of them (c). Cell viability was determined by MTT assay and evaluated using a cell viability index (%), which was defined as: (mean absorbance in the test group/mean absorbance in the negative control group) × 100.
