Effect of Ketorolac on Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of 5-Fluorouracil: In Vivo and In Vitro Study

<div>Comparison of HT-29 human colorectal cancer cell viability (%) after 48 hours of treatment with ketorolac, 5-FU, and combination of them at almost similar concentrations. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay and evaluated using a cell viability index (%), which was defined as: (mean absorbance in the test group/mean absorbance in the negative control group) × 100.
