Glycemic levels in transplanted mice. Glycemic levels (mg/dL) of Streptozotocin treated mice were followed for 2 months after syngeneic transplant of 70 islets. Without BSA (𝑛=11, squares); with BSA (𝑛=18, diamonds). Transplant was performed on day 0. The difference in average glycemia between the groups was statistically significant (𝑃-value 7.8⁻¹¹).
