Cumulative runtime growth curves. (a) Experiments on two moons dataset, we generate a dataset which contains 4000 examples. (b) Experiments on Isolet dataset, this dataset has a high dimension. The curves have the similar trends on different datasets. Online MR algorithms with buffering strategies and sparse representation perform better than the others on the growth rate.
