The clonal selection algorithm.

(1) Input: the initial population Pop₀;

(2) Output: the result population Pop_𝑅;

(3) Pop_𝑅=Pop₀;

(4) repeat

(5) Add some random individuals to Pop_𝑅;

(6) Compute the affinity of every individual of Pop_𝑅;

(7) Select the 𝑁₁ highest affinity individuals and generate a temporary population Pop₁;

(8) Compute the density of every individual of Pop₁;

(9) Clone every individual Ab of Pop₁ to generate a clone population Pop₂, and the clone number is computed

   by 𝑁₂×(Aff(Ab)/Density(Ab))/∑^𝑀_𝑖=1(Aff(Ab_𝑖)/Density(Ab_𝑖));

(10)  Mutate the clone population Pop₂ to a degree inversely proportional to their affinity to produce a mature

   population Pop₃;

(11)  Compute the affinity of the individuals of Pop₃ and select the 𝑁₃ highest affinity individuals to generate

   the new population Pop_𝑅

(12) until Termination
