The parking lot broadcasts RB packets to build the routing-tree for the VANET (as shown in blue-dashed lines), and the routing information is maintained by vehicles at each intersection (as shown in green vehicles in black-dashed circles). Whenever a vehicle needs the parking information from the parking lot, it can inquire the information from vehicles located in its nearby intersection.
