Construction methods
Features
Naked pill pack method
Place explosives on the surface of the rock or in the cleaned rock cracks to blast.
Suitable for large boulder crushing and secondary blasting.
Blast hole method
Blasting with a hole diameter of less than 7 m and a depth of less than 5 m.
It has little influence on the stability of the surrounding rock mass. It is suitable for slope trimming, excavating side ditch or transforming terrain to serve other gun types with small and scattered stone volume.
Medicine pot method
Set a blasthole with a depth of more than 2.5 m and use a small amount of explosives to dry the chamber several times to expand the bottom space of the blasthole.
It is suitable for increasing the amount of explosives and improving the blasting effect.
Cat hole artillery
Open a gun hole with a diameter of 0.2∼0.5 m and a depth of 2∼6 m on the rock horizontally or slightly obliquely and blast it with concentrated explosives.
Suitable for extra-large boulder and monolith blasting.
Big blast
Use the pilot hole and the chamber to charge more than 1000 kg for blasting.
It is suitable for road sections with large and concentrated stonework, dangerous terrain, or tight construction period.
