(1) From the perspective of fuzzy environment, both intuitionistic fuzzy and Pythagorean fuzzy information environment have certain limitations. The operator is extended to the interval Pythagorean fuzzy information environment, which enriches the fuzzy and uncertain expression of data information.
(2) Considering the generalization of generalized wowa operator to interval Pythagorean fuzzy information environment, it is helpful to enrich the research of interval Pythagorean fuzzy sets and aggregation operators.
