Multicriteria ordered profile fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm.

	The process of the MOPFCM is as follows:
	Step 1: Compute the partial net outranking flow and net outranking.
	Step 2: Randomly initialize membership of belonging to the cluster .
	Step 3: Compute the fuzzy centroids
	Step 4: Targeted rank the clusters based on the fuzzy centroids of clusters. For example, if then , is determined by net outranking flow.
