The effect of TLR4 RNA interference on NF-κB activation in BV-2 cells exposed to MPP⁺ for 12 h (negative control group; WT cold probe group; MUT cold probe group; RNAi group; non-RNAi group; negative control group). Note that, in the group treated with TLR4 RNA interference, NF-κB activation decreased compared to that of non-RNAi group.
