Hyperoside Attenuate Inflammation in HT22 Cells via Upregulating SIRT1 to Activities Wnt/β-Catenin and Sonic Hedgehog Pathways

Hyperoside alleviated apoptosis and inflammation in the LPS-induced HT22 cells. HT22 cell viability was measured by the MTT assay. Cell viability was observed by a microscope (100x) (a, b).
