<div>Expression of HIF-1<i>α</i> in the blood vessel after 2 hours of MCAO. Using RECA-1 (endothelial cell marker) immunohistochemical staining method to detect HIF-1<i>α</i> expression in endothelial cells of the cortex (Ctx) and striatum (Str) in nonischemic (NI) and ischemic (I) hemispheres after 2 hours of ischemia stroke.
