Antioxidant and Astroprotective Effects of a Pulicaria incisa Infusion

Pi infusion protects astrocytes from H₂O₂-induced cell death in a dose-dependent manner. Astrocytes were treated with different concentrations of a Pi infusion. H₂O₂ was added 2 h after the addition of the Pi infusion and cell death was determined 20 h later. The results are mean ± SEM of four experiments (𝑛=16). ^∗∗𝑃<0.001.
