Isoliquiritigenin-Induced Differentiation in Mouse Melanoma B16F0 Cell Line
Figure 1
(a) Effects of ISL on proliferation of B16F0 cells. Cell inhibition rate was determined by MTT assay. Treatment of B16F0 cells by ISL (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 μg/mL) for 24 h or 48 h was resulted in a significant concentration and time-dependent inhibition on cell viabilities. The data represent the means ± SD from nine samples of three independent experiments. (b) Phase-contrast micrographs (400x) show the morphology changes of B16F0 cells treated by ISL (0, 5, 10, and 15 μg/mL) for 48 h. (c) The extracellular melanin contents in ISL-treated B16F0 cells for 48 h. versus control (0 μg/mL). (d) The intracellular melanin contents in ISL-treated B16F0 cells for 48 h. , versus control.
