Steviol Glycosides Modulate Glucose Transport in Different Cell Types

Effect of steviol glycosides treatment on lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity.   LDH activity was measured by LDH assay as described in Section 2. SH-SY5Y (a) and HL-60 (b) cells were treated with different compounds at 1 mg/mL final concentration for 24 hours, or cells were treated with 100 μM H₂O₂ for 30 min as control of LDH activity. Results are expressed as means ± SD of three independent experiments, each performed in triplicate. Statistical analysis was performed by Bonferroni multiple comparison test following one-way ANOVA. *𝑃<0.05, significantly different from control cells.
