Male C57/BL/6J mice at 8 weeks of age were fed either by ND (10% kcal as fat) or by HFD (60% kcal as fat) with vehicle (0.5% ethanol), BL-153 (5 mg/kg body weight), or MH (0.5 or 1 mg/kg body-weight) for 24 weeks.
