Roles of p38MAPK and JNK signaling in LPS-induced alterations of occludin and ZO-1. hCMEC/D3 were pretreated with inhibitors of p38MAPK (SB203580, 3.85 μg/mL) or JNK signaling pathways (SP600125, 0.22 μg/mL) for 1 h prior to 24-hour LPS treatment (10 μg/mL).
