Immunohistochemical study of Nrf2 in cardiac muscle, lung, kidney, and liver tissue sections obtained from 1-, 10-, and 21-day-old rats. A few Nrf2 positive cells are seen in the control group at the age of 21 days. Tissues increased Nrf2 immunoreactivity in vascular smooth muscle of arteriole (↑), tubular proximal cells of kidney (), hepatocytes, and central vein of liver () of rats in the experimental group.
